Government is always right....& "CLEVER"

After the changing of new finance minister and coming prime minister, I found that our government has been very good in calculating and packaging their income.

Announcement of 8% EPF contribution

Upon the announcement, it has been a general view for the EPF contributors to have an option to contribute 8% instead of 11% of current contribution rate in order to allowed more spendable income in public wallet.

However, the actual fact is that EPF has been mandatory reduced to 8% but provided that contributors can select for 11%.

nonetheless, the 3% of reduction is still yet to be announced or declared by the kind government as non-taxable income.

If the said 3% is remain as taxable income, it doesn't seem to be benefit much to the public as it has not only increase the income tax payable for all individual but also has reduce the retirement fund for employee.

under the 11%,
the 3% is in the government account as EPF contribution but owned by contributors which claimable by the respective contributors.

under the 8 %, the 3% is in the contributors wallet but lead to higher tax payable which receivable by the government as tax.

CONCLUSION: it seem like it will be more benefit to the government financial and treasury instead of the public wallet.

Petrol retail price

Reason of why the nation price hike to RM 2.70/liter is mainly due to the price increase of international oil price which record touch the point of USD 140 per barrel.

However, with current WTI crude oil price down to the point which below USD 50 per barrel, why the nation petrol price still stall at rm2 per liter?

First, the government has stating that, the strengthen of USD has affect the government ability to reduce the price.

I do agree that current USD value has been strengthen, but we should look back to the time that price being increase; Are the USD strong when the price up to RM2.70?

it has been a normal situation that the USD value and WTI price has going adverse,
weak USD will lead to strong speculation condition on the oil price;
strong USD will stop and reduce speculator ability to take on the WTI.

second, the government has take worry on petrol storage and potential losses by petrol station owner as reason of not able to reduce the price.

As such, I do agree on the petrol storage worry but the government has take action by penanlty on any petrol station which has not sufficient petrol storage, so it should not be an issue anymore.

meanwhile, the potential losses by petrol station should be offset by the potential profit taken during the price hike which has gone up from 1.9 to 2.7 per liter.

CONCLUSION: the government has increase the petrol price with solely blame on the WTI crude oil price, but has gave plenty of excuses in order to not reduce the price for the benefit of public.

nonetheless, the governement has record profit instead of subsidise the petrol price due to the down trend of internationl petrol price lately.

volatile of 16 September - Political

16 September should mark as a unlucky day for the whole world for the year of 2008.

16 September as the day we should all celebrate the Malaysia day which show the unity and the spirit of MALAYSIAN to get off from British Umbrella.

This day in year 2008 seem like an unhappy one as it have been overshadowed by opposition as day of roll over the existing government. Even I do not believe Anwar does get the numbers, but I still hope that 16 September could be an end for the instability of Malaysia Politic. However it seem like it is now just never ended but being developed to the next episode and chapter of the story board.

WHY NOT?

It has been reinstated for hundred times that Pakatan Rakyat leaders in west and east malaysia that they have gain enough numbers to establish the new government since mid of the year and noted that 16 september is the day of new government rolling...

QUESTION...

1. why you guys still need to meet BN MPs in Taiwan if you have confirmed with them earlier? there are only 2 reason:
1) they do not have the numbers yet
2) they do not believe the commitment made by BN MPs
(this one is dangerous which mean they do not believe each other if they join together as a team, NO TRUST.)

2. If you decided to take over by 16-September,all paper work and preparation must done and FULLY COMPLETED prior to the day. Pakatan Rakyat, you rang hari pertama dalam sistem politik Malaysia ke? you guys really those five little frogs on a log, ...

3. Since the topic of roll over started, we know that if success then we will see ANWAR in Putrajaya PM office..

Who will be the deputy or even deputies??

since when you see a PM or President announce his/her partner(s) after on going? need us to declared 1 week time for you to decide the whole cabinet??

Annual budget for the year 2009

The coming national budget for the year 2009 which will be presented on 29 August 2008 should be all under full attention. Which it will be the first budget tabled by Barisan Nasional federal government after the loss of 2/3 majority parliament seats on March 2008.

Topics to be taken as consideration:
1. National financial deficit
Prime minister has been focus on reducing the financial deficit since his appointment as the successor of Tun Mahathir to ensure the financial condition of the country is well enough for the development of economy. However, it is a big question on whether to focus on reducing deficit or to table a well benefiting Malaysian budget.

2. World crude oil price and nation petrol retail price
With the current down trend of world crude oil, it is now the best time for the government to consider a reduction on the nation petrol retail price to encounter the current stressful high inflation rate recorded for the two consecutive months upon the petrol price hike.

3. BN game plan after general election
Since losing 2/3 majority in the parliament house and hike on the petrol retail price, it is should be the right time for BN government to improve their reputation and supports amongst Malaysian before the independent day.

4. Historical inflation high
Consumer Price index has been in a high level for the last 2 months after the petrol retail price hike to RM2.70. With this trend keep on, it could mean that the burden of living cost for the general public will definitely going sky high.

5. Non-performing loan concern
Although the central bank has decided not to increase the interest rate after the lately meeting, all commercial banks have start to be extra caution on loan facility approval in order to ensure the crisis of Non-performing loans will be happened again.

6. Pressure on central bank for interest rate hike
Since the CPI and financing risk moving upward, central bank has been under pressure to increase the interest rate although governor was not agree with it but it should be the time for central bank to pass “the ball” to the ministry of finance.

1st august 2008

On this day, I found a bank transaction which has no source of fund stated coming into my account. Moreover, the amount of this transaction is just the same that the university should return back to me as caution money refund.

However, seniors have told us that those caution money and deposit will only be available in our account weeks after convocation held.

So if that is the caution money from the university, the remaining will be the convocation deposits that yet to refund. Once both done, the visit to Wisma MCA on October will have to be called off and cancelled.

Not raising the interest is just matter of time or there is a better option?

The market has put full attention on the decision of BNM whether to keep or raise the current rate which has been a hot topic for all financial press and magazines for the past few months. Speculation on BNM will be increase the rate has been ongoing when the governor and second finance minister have both refuse to say no to the said proposal of the market.

However, on the date of 25th July , the final decision that everyone is waiting for are surprising where BNM final decision was to remain the current rate as for the coming near future as concern. Majority of the market has been a bit shocked with the decision of BNM whereas press report has suggest that numbers of commercial banks has revised their rates respectively before the decision and meeting of BNM.

Now the focus should be on what is the BNM solution in their mind to encounter the inflation effect from the hike of petrol price and the CPI drastically to the record high? I able recall a report that I came through before this which highlight that if say the BNM is not getting with the rate, would they put their hand and mind into the MYR? This could be a very interesting topic which could be look into and to study on the viability and the effect of such action.

At the moment, central bank decision on whether to take action on increase or decrease the rate and the strategy and policy on the forex has been the major concern and hot topic for the market.

convo will be held on the end of the august, so there are almost like one and a half month time for the great university to prepare the necessary fund to bank into the my said account...

reasons selecting this day as the last day:

2.it is an important month, october

and the most important is because people who also haven't get their refund include our batch and those seniors should together we go and visit Wisma MCA on 18 October 2008..

June 2010

Finally he spoken out the date...

the expiry date for his term as the captain of the country top leaders while on the other hand, how far can we believe on this man who has make his 2nd mind after his 1st announcement?

for the year 2008, he has did it twice which is

1. the election date of 8 march
>>this is a general election date which every single Malaysian have the right to be informed on that, but why he need to told everyone a NO and declare that as the date of election after while.

2.the petrol price hike
>> it has been informed that the petrol price will nt be increased any time before the month of august, but it end up receiving a rocket up decision from him at the beginning of June.

even though, he finally make his timetable ready but it is still subject to the 16 September which we will have to see whether we will have a new prime minister to rule the country from the party other than Barisan Nasional since our independent on 1957.

nonetheless, it is also depends largely what will be the outcome of the party member election result in Barisan Nasional after several big name has official announce their decision of step down as the president of party.

I believe we should always remember that, in the business/ politic world, you would not have a forever pal neither a forever opposition.

Second week of my working life

My second week of working start with reporting day at the head office, a bit nervous because I have no idea what will going to be and delighted as finally and officially as the member of the company while existed as I finally receive my first ever employee ID of my life.

Apart of the existing moment, I have also been informed that my CUTE exam will going to be on the NEXT DAY….this is the moment which will going to determine whether I will be awarded the license as an unit trust consultant. The most important part is that I have not even finished my chapter one out of the six chapters while the unit trust consultant bible makes me asleep every time when I read.

The most important day finally come as my colleague and I go to the exam hall together from the head office after we meet up. As the exam was done by computer, you will able to know the exam result instantly after you finish your exam question and submit the answers, therefore it is the most nervous moment when the screen show that ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO FINISH THE EXAM NOW? Because the next moment will be your result page that show you either pass or fail, some more we heard that there are some who resit for the exam… thank god that my colleagues and I passed the exam. So we then go to have a lunch together to relax a bit before report ourselves to respective branch.

Day 8 and 9 was days where I have been assigned to do my on job training at sri petaling branch where I have to study from a sifu (master) to learn how to work from A-Z of the daily operation. At sri petaling, it has recall some of my memory where the mamak store that I having my lunch with my colleague is the same place where I take my dinner with my friend after we end our day as part timer usher for the ntv7 live concert and watching the football match of his favourite team in action. I have wrote this so obvious, I believe everyone know who this “friend” refer to, who else live in sri petaling beside that fellow…ahhahah

Last day of the second week, it has been the time that I come back to my own branch after learning some of the tactics from the sifu. Basically, I have enjoy a very fine day but not at the end of the day at 4pm when there are some technical problem on the verification which should completed before 4pm sharp. Thanks to the generous help and support from the colleagues of my branch and senior which I have meet with during our 1 week training in bangi, all the things finally settled..by the way, they say it is quite common that newbie to have encounter such situation for the first time, sooner or later everything will be on track when it has been familiar.

Lastly , once again thanks to all of the kind and generous of all of you…

My first week of working life

I believe the best words to describe is existing and fun.

You have to believe that a company sending her staff to training and providing full accommodation and meals.

Although I never have the chance to stay in the accommodation, but the design and facilities is nothing than the level of 3 star hotels with air conditioned room and bathroom with water heater and TV just like what you can see for a hotel. On top of that, free laundry and room service of cleaning is available as well.

The most important part is that if you stay there, you are entitled to take 5 meals a day provided free by the employer. 5 meals includes: breakfast, tea break, lunch, tea break and dinner. For those who want to lose weight, don’t do what we done inside because the food can include seafood and a lots of others which may cost us rarely rm10 per meal…interested? haha

Lastly, it is existed to meet a lot of peers that will together walk out and take the challenge of the market side by side, shoulder to shoulder amongst each other and helping each other even we are going to serve in different branches around the country.

Finally I keep my promise to go sing k as planned

Finally after delay for more than 5 months time, the promise to sing k has been materialized after finish moving my house.
It was the last day before I go back to sabah that we all go to greenbox to feel the excitement of singing from 7.30pm to 3am in the early morning. Although we are just 5 all together for the singing rally 6 hours rally, but it doesn’t seem like any of us to be exhausted but excited.

Honestly, we have spent approximately 30 mins just for listen to songs in the room. Why? Nothing than because our mouth are busy with the process of chewing, eating, and drinking, fried rice, spaghetti(vomit), cake, ice cream, soup, dessert, tea, and other beverages are all on our table and not to forget about the snacks. We actually take almost 20mins to grab all the food and beverages into our room and of course the most important thing is that my dot red grabs some points at the same time. Hahaha!!

Although this LIVE CONCERT is really tiring but it is quite a lot of fun to enjoy, but just wondering when can we have it again after we have start to work…

Here is my former bosses singing, “Roadside rumor” saying that they might be………………..hahaha

Future Planning to move on..

after completing the 3 years bachelor degree study, it is time for everyone of us to move forward, some of them might select to start working either here in our beloved nation or oversea, while others might plan to keep on to the study track to grab a master degree etiher from local university or from foreign university such as Australia and UK, nonetheless there are still numbers of our mates who decided to stay home and taking a part-time job measuring the size of their beloved house and wonderland..

I have just found out that there are quite a lot of them who have the plan to move a step forward to get a master degree in particularly MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINSITRATION (MBA) . Most of them have shortlisted several well known local and foreign universities to enroll their master degree which included both IPTA and IPTS.

While, my current plan is pretty simple: let it be, when it is the time to come, it will come…
I believe my first step is take my CUTE and general insurance agent’s license ( of course, this is compulsory, company’s instruction.)

Of course hopefully to further to:
MBA
Looking into the possible option such as GSM, WOU, OUM, UTAR, what you all think about that?

ICSA
After completion of the MBA, there should be an easier way for me to bag the license of ICSA.

Certified Financial planner
6 modules to complete in order to grab this and the exam will be held twice per annual. Time could be longer to be a certified financial planner. Of course this will only be considered after all the above options being accomplished.

Lastly, not to forget to finish my credit of RM 170 in the UTAR softskill account..
Never give UTAR a chance to take advantage on that while they haven’t pay me back my caution money.

The first reaction: you really nothing to do, izit? U moved again…

The second reaction: you really crazy or you feel too bored?

REASONS:
The first reaction: I have moved for 4 time in sg long

The second reaction: coz’ I am moving to another block which actually is not my intention to do so. My actually plan is to move to wangsa maju or setapak where I am going to work at Kuala Lumpur areas. However, things doesn’t come with what I have planned when I receive my offer letter which assigned me to work at taman taming jaya branch..

The law for Hopping issue..

The general election of 8th March has cost the BN their 2/3 majority in the parliament seats. Although they have setup the new government instantly but how long can this said government last for?

It has been a hot topic about MPs hopping from BN to Pakatan Rakyat particularly from East Malaysia after Dato Seri Anwar has publicly mention that he has successfully receive sufficient number of MPs to overthrown the BN government and build the new central government of pakatan rakyat. While on the other hand, the BN side seen like starting to draft an anti hopping act to prohibit any MPs from their side to hop to the opposition.

However, I personally think that any act that prohibit people included elected MPs to leave his/her/theirs existing parties to join others for their better matched political objectives, philosophies and views of nation and social affairs is unacceptable; it is just like prohibit a worker from leaving an organization and join another which found to have offer a better condition and environment.

My objection on the establishment of any anti-hopping act is to ensure that each and every Members of the parliament will be able to contribute more effectively and efficiently to fight for their voters under the flag of a more suitable political party.

Meanwhile, I suggest for amendments to be made on the existing election act in order to tackle the political hopping issue as below:
Election Act Sect xxx

Any of the candidates who won in the election as elected MP must remain in his/her said party as registered during the general election for his/her term of service of 5 years or prior to the dissolve of the parliament; any elected candidates who withdraw from the said party as registered (to join any others or remain independent) during his/her term of service should be automatically sacked as Member of the Parliament while a by-election should called up within the next 30days for new Member of Parliament for particular seat.

Sub- section:
The said MP who been sacked is eligible to be nominated for the said by-election as an independent candidates or candidates under his/her new party.

My suggestion is actually to ensure that politician/ any of the MPs are not restricted to remain in a party that he/she might not able to perform his/her responsibility as for the best of his/her voters.

Nonetheless, it also gave a second chance for voters to eliminate candidate who is purely a political speculator that hopping from party to another for his/her individual interest.

Lastly, if the said candidate remain as the MP after the by-election, it should be clear that the voters are satisfy with the candidate’s individual performance as the voice of theirs in the hall of parliament instead of the which party does he/she represent and serve for.

Today's educational output/products

This has been a hot debate topic many youngsters today whether to further or not and amongst those who taking their degree or tertiary educational stage. Is it today educational has just able to produce those “scholars” who know only how to read, memorize and sit for exam?

I believe we should look into the reason of study: whether it is for the purpose of brighter future with higher paid or for knowledge to upgrade a person mind and knowledge base.

For those who do well for the aim of getting better results for the future, whether it is healthy to working hard in reading and memorize the books again and again for exam is not a matter, the most important thing is to making sure the As in the result slip. Are we learning in a healthy educational structure, who cares…just get the “A”s will do…

For those who study with the objective of acquire knowledge, of course, they will think that students from the other side is nothing than a photocopy machines which photocopy everything inside the text book, lecturers’ views to the exam answer sheet. They could be no thinking process being taken apart from that…

After studying for so many years and experiences in looking for job recently, I conclude that it could be found to be caused by follows:

1. The requirements of the market
Whether on newspapers or on-line recruitment notice, there must be a qualification requirements, it is there since ancient times; because of the prevalence of college students, now in the qualifications may ask you to be on a certain level of results, it may be second upper, 3.2 or 3.5 of CGPA depends on the results and post that you look for.

2. National education system
Fostering young scholars with real thinking and analyst mindset and practical experience could be something impossible under our current education system. The current system requires students to remember all the theories, but not really in understand it and use it; students might not even have chance to practice it and try it.
We should look back to all former Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education’s backgrounds, the strategy and policies maker for our country’s education system, how many of them do have such background or understanding or relevance knowledge in education industry?

3.Social assessment on the degree of learning level
look around you and see how parents and those aunty and uncle assess their children or others children achievement in learning or their education. The most important and common part of that is how many “A”s have their children get in the exam and/or how many marks do they score out of 100%.

last year, last week, last day in university.

It has finally comes to my last year, last week, last day in university.

It has been a very busy week with fully scheduled of entertainment program with my classmates which see me break my new record of being out from hostel for more than 12hours consecutively.

Although it is quite tired and quite “hurt to my wallet” but it is well paid with the happiness time and sweet memory with all of u guys as undergraduates and which we might not able to do so after we are graduate.(I believe this is our last chance to use student price..haha).

I miss my last class also my last tutorial as it has been ended when I reach at sg long from KLCC. By the way, this is the semester that I miss more tutorial than lecture (a weird situation in university I believe).

Preparation for my last final exam WAR is to begin and hope to win it with tremendous result and wish all of us to achieve it together.

All the best…

Malaysia Polictician second edition(part 2)

The 12th malaysia general was ended with lots of suprise where big names shot down and young guns of big name fall as well.

Barisan Nasional

Abdullah Badawi>>> Khairy Jamaluddin P131: Rembau WON

it was surprising result for me to see him win the parliament of Rembau. As I watch the live result of election in Malaysiakini, it initially shows that Khairy has lost in Rembau.

However, yet when I double check the result again after half an hour, it show Khairy lead in it, I am wondering what is happening to the result.

Mahathir Mohd>>>> Mukhriz Mahathir P5:Jerlun WON

Even with some objection from the local UMNo, Mukhriz still able to score a win in Jerlun. It does not surprise me as tun Mahathir has been a strong brand name in kedah.

Ling Liong sik >>>>>>Ling Hee Leong P71:Gopeng LOST

Amongst the MCa youth and new candidates, son of Tun ling lost in gopeng, a seat which has been strong for MCA for quite some time, really surprise me actually.

I believe it is a golden chance for Ling to make himself into the cabinet as a general secretary or deputy minister if he can win the parliament seat of gopeng, but he miss it.

Lim keng yaik>>>>>> Lim Si Pin P115:Batu LOST

Another son of former party president fall..

Son of Gerakan advisor, lim si pin lose in batu doesn't surprise me because his involvement in this general election as candidate for P115 has surprise me a lot more.

Prior to his nomination, I really do not know who lim si pin is until the press label him as "son of Lim keng yik"...

Chua soi lek>>>>>>> Chua Tee Yong P142: Labis WON

A big name of MCa which resign due to scandal issue, Datuk Chua's son succeed for his father labis parliament seat as Bn candidate.

With chua soi lek political result in Labis, there should be no problem for his son to won in that and it is proved with the support of voter in the election.

Opposition

Anwar Ibrahim>>>>>> Nurul Izzah P121 Lembah Pantai WON

Among the opposition, daughter of anwar, nurual izzah win in lembah pantai is a big one as she take on Datuk Seri Hjh. Shahrizat...

Hope to see her performance in the parliament as the daughter of PKR advisor and president.

Lim kit siang>>>>>>>>Lim Guan Eng P43: Bagan Air Puteh WON

Win in both state and parliament seat make Lim guan eng the headline of national headline who is going to lead the Penang state government as the chief minister.

My education journey and fate

It is almost the end of the undergraduate chapter of my life where 3 more months to go. Recently, I have been told that our president will going to retire soon before we step in to the MCA hall.

It makes me to have a flashback and I accidentally found this happened for my primary, secondary and university.

1. I only give out contribution and serve the school/university in various areas when I was in the last second year(primary 5, senior 2 and year 2)

2. I have been playing the role as contributor of the development fund but will never have chance to enjoy the development particulary new building or new campus for the schools and university.

3. All my headmaster of primary school, principal of high school and president of university retire at the time when I am going to graduate.

4. Lastly, all my headmaster, principal and president carry the same surname of ”, even the one in my nursery.

Just wondering is this my fate and should I purposely look for a employer with “”?? haha

A wonderful day with part of SRC committee in OneU

It was a great day for us (kent, max, swee wai, ping nian, jileng, jassy n me) to gather again and having time together for a meal and movie.

It has been some time that we meet together after we retire from the office and some of us joining the commercial world. So we have a new friend “SARA” that work in IBM that join us…hahaha

We take our tea time lunch at SOHO and we are the only customer in the restaurant like we have booked the restaurant. It is always a hard time for us to decide when come to food ordering part due to each and everyone preference. Our “NEW” friend does not eat pork, and what kind of dim sum can you think of without pork.

Then, we make our ways to cinema and manage to get our tickets for Jumper. By the way, this is my first time walking into the cinema hall without any food and beverages on my hand. The movie is nice and I really wish to be a jumper as well, it save me a lot of time and money especially going back to hometown…

Looking forward for the next gathering with all members together although we might be locate at different corner of the world. When are we going to Jogoya actually??

new fifty ringgit bank note.

This is the first time I get a close look on the new fifty ringgit bank note, none of my angpao for this year consist this.

The size is same as the existing one but it just feel to be smaller if you do not make a comparison with the existing one. The design makes it slim I think.

By the way, some say it look similar to Singapore dollar design, I have no comment on that part. I think the nation leader might have better position to answer that.

Dr chua is the presiden of MCA?

Look at the photo above, that is what I take from Nanyang press that report on those politicians helping their next generation for the general election While Dr Chua is helping his son for the Labis Parliament seat.

Nanyang press gives Dr Chua the title as former president of MCA, Dr chua; I am wondering since when Dr Chua become president or may be Dr Chua is the author’s favourite for that post instead of the existing person.hahahha

You have a think on it and judge by yourself.

MCA & DAP General Election Song

Let’s stop hearing what they are arguing and amongst each other and listen to some songs…

Now only I know why a political party need experts and talents in various areas to join them; now how you raise fund, how well can you debate, and how well can you sing also makes a different…

Sorry for those who cant understand mandarin and please direct your enquires to MCA, because they are the one who put a pure Chinese song in their English version of party’s official web site.

2008 general election has been a very special year where we can see all big names stepping down while their son and daughter come up to fight for a seat in the parliament hall. Moreover, they are also new family member which looking for chances to take a seat in the parliament with his father in law.

Take some time to have a look at who are they which have been listed below, they most probably ruling the country of Malaysia in the future.

Barisan Nasional

3 flights in 7 days

Maybe it would not be so special for having experience on board in the air plane with the establishment of airasia, but how about having 3 flight in 7 days with A320 and fokker50?

With 4 days of public holidays and 3 days on leave for the Chinese New Year giving me a total of 7 days to spend with my family back in Sabah and take a rewind…

I take my first flight for the 7 days with flight from KL LCCT to Sandakan airport, the flight is still alright with a full house on board where everyone rushing back to celebrate the Chinese new year. It was a boring journey and I decided to work on my thesis at 30,000-35,000 feet up of the sky of South China Sea and Sabah. The most memorable moment of this journey has been nothing than passing by the mount Kinabalu in the Airasia A320 where you can saw the top of the mount. Finally, I have been safely arrived and touch down at Sandakan airport with a bit of delay from the scheduled time.

On the 4th day of the CNY of rat, I have taken my second flight with my mum which also my very first time in experiencing MASWINGS flight, although those aircraft is probably to be those which have served me when I was still a primary school kid. However, they have disappointed me with a delay of 1 hour for my flight from Sandakan to Tawau. Of course, it is a very short flight of around 45mins trip where I still able to have a Milo® and Tiger biscuit on it.

In day 6, it was the time for me to go back to sg long with many works yet to be rushes and completed. My flight from Tawau to KL LCCT was on the 10am something and the departure time has been delayed asd the aircraft arrive late but it was really unbelievable where we arrive at Kl Lcct 15mins earlier as what has been expected according to schedule which mean he take only 2hr n 15-20mins to complete a flight which should be done in 2hr n 45mins (I am quite curious how fast the pilot speeding up actually…)

General election 2008...

Finally the general election is coming and the petrol price increase is going to visit Malaysia again.....

Headlines for all local newspapers have been covered nothing than the politic parties decision on their candidates and the latest “promise” that they are giving to the voters.

This might be the most difficult year for Barisan Nasional where 2/3 of parliament seats is said to be a mission impossible for Pak Lah and his BN team. Of course, this is not being a easy job for his team with their performance in the past 4 years..

Alright, let’s see what we have under Pak Lah’s BN;

1. Inflation increase

2. Dissatisfaction increase

3. Poor performance from the existing MP and ministers in the cabinet.

Ok, in 2004 when pak lah step up as the new prime minister, everyone looking forward for a fair, democratic , less corruption, more FDI and better economy performance of the nation, creating a new Malaysia towards the vision 2020.

However, a more open system for media and internet provide more opportunity to the Malaysian to see, read and heard about the new Malaysia. (NO wonder our streamyx broadband speed cannot speed up like other neighbour countries, they might worry about more blogs, youtube, namewee will step forward for the nation….)

**Of course, we can understand that the world crude oil price hike will going to increase the burden of the country for the petrol subsidies….

Correct! Correct! Correct! but where are our PETRONAS PROFIT going?? We saw PETRONAS declare a huge hike in net profit and dividend declared to the country, but where are they going and where are those petrol tax going?? .

**disappointment raise when result in clean off the corruption doesn’t show any improvement which it has been a huge slogan for Pak Lah….

Correct! Correct!Correct!

We can see police force wearing saya anti rasuah, BPR state that they will investigate any corruption case regardless who is involved… but that’s not enough, it is juz a corner of the Mont Kinabalu(not using ice berg coz they start melt due to global warming)…..

**Parliament, a place where budget and act to be passed for the good of nation and the people in order to uphold the name of the nation and to mprove the living stardard…

Correct! Correct! Correct!

People questioning why our parliement still face leaking problem even spending miilion to renovate it, people questioning the quality of the contractor and the project. Sadly, what the people get is nothing than a shameful joke from our 2 Yang Berhormat wakil rakyat on ladies… another joke that people might not remember: the million worth renovation did not include the singking part….so what are they repair actually?

Seriously, if foriegners benchmark it as the quality of our local builders, I think the government better make sure they can keep on providing projects for those local builders which fail to win bid for foreign projects.

** lastly, a big thank you to our government effort in handling the inflation issue in our country...

Correct! Correct! Correct!

In order to minize the impact of subsidies reduction on petrol, the government has announce that people are not allow to increase their price because of it while action will be taken to any of them.

TNB naik harga, TMNET naik harga, toll pun naik harga, Nestle pun naik harga, kenapa peniaga runcit tidak dibenarkan naik harga??

TNB make more profit, who gain?

TM make more profit, who gain?

Toll make more profit, who gain?

Nestle cnt make profit, they run away.

People cnt make profit, mana kamu nak lari??
