new movie- "just follow order" draft version

I always remember this part of jack neo's movie "just follow the law" when I reach at the 2nd level of the library. why?

it was a very tough time when I was attempt to get the a authority's nod to open the area which new PCs installed to the students and I do encounter the same situation as what fann and garmit in the movie.


library:yes, the library belong to us, but the PCs do not belong to us, you have to go to ICT.

ICT:yes, the PCs belongs to us but the power supply matter do not belong to us. you have to go to estate and facilities dept.

EFD:yes, we are working on the matter but we need sometime..(how long?)not sure!!

dean:I will tell them to open it for students...
(later, still didnt open to the students)

library: who say have to open? upstair never tell us to do so..

damn.....vomit blood...
